The Head Start / Early Head Start Program is one of our more successful ways to accomplish this goal. By offering services that empower, not ensnare, we work side by side with individuals and families helping to map a course to self-sufficiency.

Along with the Head Start/ Early Head Start Program, MCCAA offers a comprehensive selection of services designed to support a household or individual working towards economic independence.
